Shipping


We ship all items within 1 business days of order,depending on stock/availability. Unfortunately, some items may take up to 10 business days to be mailed due to stock and availability. If your order is time sensitive please contact Customer Service before ordering to confirm stock and eliminate potential delays. Shipping- approx. 75% of items costs $4.00-$5.00 and takes up to 5 business days to receive. If you dont see any sizes available for a particular item(hoodies for example) this means were waiting for "feedback," or customer service contacts, to create the product- we need at least 10 signs of interest in a particular item. Call us before making any orders here. Express shipping is handled on per item basis. Please call customer service for exact arrangement prior to a purchase.

Returns


Items may be returned for exchange via mail within 12 days from time of shipping(we wont squabble over a day). You should receive the product between 1-4days after shipping, depending on season. You will be responsible for extra shipping. We do not offer cash refunds on items, only exchanges. If defective we will exchange- in this case you will not be responsible for extra shipping. You must contact customer service in these matters. Thank You!.
